Overview
* An established dermatology practice in Redding, California is recruiting a dermatologist with a genuine path to partnership and ownership
* Full scope medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, including skin cancer screenings, biopsies and excisions
* Personalized treatment plans and an established patient base, while growing your own panel
* Take on leadership and practice management responsibilities as you progress toward partner
Qualifications
* Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology
* Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain
* Interest in a long term opportunity with openness to partnership and ownership
Compensation & Benefits
* Guaranteed base salary plus percentage of collections, uncapped earning potential
* Starting bonus and relocation assistance
* Paid vacation and CME time, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice and health insurance, retirement benefits and path to ownership Estimated pay range/amount is $300,000 to $545,000.
