An established, physician owned dermatology practice is opening its first Florida office in West Palm Beach. We are seeking a founding dermatologist to build the practice from the ground up, with the systems, staff, and support of an established group behind you.

What makes this role different

• Founding role. You will be the first dermatologist in a new market and shape the patient base, team, and reputation from day one.
• Mentorship on site. The practice founder and medical director will work alongside you part time throughout your first year.
• Support. Two to three medical assistants per provider manage notes, callbacks, and lab follow up.
• Schedule. Four clinic days a week, including one late day and one Saturday a month.
• No call. No hospital call and no privileges required; after hours phone calls only.
• Location. Retail setting with signage and easy parking.

Scope of practice

• Medical dermatology for adults and children, about 75% adult and 25% pediatric.
• Procedures including biopsies and excisions; Mohs and dermatopathology are referred out.
• Cosmetic dermatology, including neurotoxins, fillers, lasers, and body contouring.
• A planned six month ramp to 35 to 40 patients a day.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an ACGME accredited dermatology residency.
• Board certified, or board eligible.
• Florida license, or eligible to obtain one before the start date.
• Cosmetic injection skills.
• Graduating residents (class of 2027) and experienced dermatologists are welcome.
