## Dermatologist | Enfield, CT North-Central Connecticut — Hartford Metro & Massachusetts Border ## Position Details * Full-time or part-time, permanent position * No weekends, no inpatient requirements * Setting: 100% outpatient — two locations in Enfield and Simsbury, CT; full-service general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology ## Practice Overview Seeking a BC/BE Dermatologist to join a well-established, full-service dermatology practice in north-central Connecticut: * Practice medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in a supportive, collaborative environment * Work alongside experienced dermatologists and APPs with skilled clinical and administrative staff including scribing support * Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, hair and nail disorders, and skin cancers * Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other dermatologic procedures * Serve a broad patient base of all ages across Enfield and Simsbury clinic locations * Part of a national dermatology organization providing comprehensive back-office support — recruiting, HR, finance, billing, revenue cycle management, payor credentialing, and more — so physicians can focus entirely on patient care * Physician autonomy, clinical excellence, and long-term practice stability emphasized throughout ## Compensation & Benefits * Competitive compensation with strong earning potential * Guaranteed base salary plus percentage of collections — may be available * Paid vacation and CME time off * CME reimbursement * Paid malpractice insurance * Health insurance benefits * Retirement benefits * Professional training and growth opportunities ## Required Qualifications * MD or DO — Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology * Connecticut medical license or eligibility to obtain * Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care ## About the Community – Enfield & Simsbury, Connecticut * Enfield — suburban community in north-central Connecticut along the Massachusetts border with convenient access to Hartford and Springfield, MA * Parks, shopping, dining, excellent schools, and family-friendly neighborhoods throughout the region * Simsbury — scenic Farmington Valley community known for outdoor recreation, historic charm, and an exceptional quality of life * Easy access to Bradley International Airport * Rich New England history with beautiful four-season scenery * Convenient access to Hartford's world-class arts, dining, and cultural institutions
