Job description

An established, physician-owned dermatology practice in beautiful South Florida, is seeking a talented Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its thriving team.

With 17 years of success in the community, this highly respected private practice offers an exceptional opportunity to enjoy clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, outstanding earning potential, and a truly supportive work environment.

The practice operates from a beautiful, privately owned facility offering comprehensive dermatologic services, including general, medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, Mohs surgery, and select plastic surgery procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Dedicated Clinical Support: Two medical assistants per dermatologist.

Clinical Focus: Primarily medical and surgical dermatology, with opportunities to incorporate cosmetic procedures based on your interests.

Exceptional Infrastructure: Experienced support teams assisting with pathology, prior authorizations, biologics coordination, and administrative workflows.

Physician-Owned Independence: Enjoy practicing medicine in an established private practice focused on quality patient care rather than corporate productivity demands.

Qualifications

MD or DO with completed dermatology residency training.

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology.

Experienced dermatologists are strongly preferred, although exceptional recent graduates from respected training programs with strong surgical skills are encouraged to apply.

Confident in diagnosing and treating a broad range of medical dermatology conditions.

Strong procedural and surgical dermatology capabilities.

Interest in cosmetic dermatology is welcomed but not required.

Patient-centered, collaborative, and interested in building lasting relationships within an established community.

Working Hours

Flexible Schedule: Full-time or part-time opportunities available; four-day workweek preferred.
Part-time compensation and productivity arrangements will be discussed based on the agreed schedule.

Patient Volume: Approximately 30–35 patients per day.

WHAT TO DO ON YOUR TIME OFF?
You'll be located along Florida's beautiful Atlantic coastline, this region offers an outstanding lifestyle with year-round sunshine, pristine beaches, exceptional dining, golf, shopping, and vibrant coastal living.

Whether you're an experienced dermatologist considering a change or an exceptional graduating resident exploring private practice opportunities, we welcome a confidential conversation.
