Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Cosmetic Injectables
Greenwich, Connecticut
A premier medical-grade aesthetic boutique in Greenwich, Connecticut is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its growing clinical team.
This is an opportunity for an aesthetic provider who enjoys combining advanced cosmetic treatments, clinical expertise, and exceptional patient service in a sophisticated, low-volume environment.
Unlike high-volume med-spas, this practice focuses on a high-touch, personalized patient experience, allowing providers to spend meaningful time with each patient, understand their aesthetic goals, and develop customized treatment plans.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations, medical history reviews, and skin assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox and other neurotoxins
Perform dermal filler and biostimulatory treatments such as Juvéderm and Sculptra
Perform advanced non-invasive aesthetic treatments, including RF and laser-based procedures
Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and aftercare
Apply strong knowledge of facial anatomy, musculature, skin health, and aesthetic principles
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all applicable safety, infection-control, and HIPAA standards
Build long-term relationships with patients while delivering a polished, luxury-level experience
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Connecticut NP or PA license
Minimum 1 year of experience in medical aesthetics, medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or a closely related field
Demonstrated hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectables
Experience with Botox/neurotoxins required
Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment principles
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient-education skills
Warm, polished, and professional bedside manner
Strong commitment to patient safety and natural-looking treatment outcomes
Preferred Experience
Dermal fillers, including Juvéderm
Biostimulatory injectables, including Sculptra
RF and laser aesthetic treatments
Luxury medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery experience
Established cosmetic injection practice
Experience working with discerning clientele and developing long-term patient relationships
