Are you a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist seeking true practice autonomy and a highly lucrative compensation package? We are partnering with a physician-led group to recruit a BC/BE Dermatologist for a brand-new practice in the Scranton/Wyomissing, PA area. This role offers a $425,000 base salary, an uncapped production incentive, and a remarkable $100,000 sign-on bonus. You will work onsite in a modern, dynamic environment with no travel required, enjoying the flexibility to design a 4-day work week. Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
• Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology (BC/BE).
• State medical license in good standing (or ability to obtain).
