- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- 7:40a - 4:40p
- 15-20 minute appointment lengths
- In-clinic and virtual visits
- No holidays
- No call coverage
- No Mohs surgery
- No cosmetic surgery
- EMR System: Epic
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Will review providers who are willing to obtain a license
