A respected regional health system in Central Illinois is seeking a board-certified dermatologist to build and lead a new dermatology program. This is an exceptional opportunity to serve as the foundational physician for a new service line, with strong administrative support, significant unmet patient demand, and an established referral network already in place.
The incoming dermatologist will have the autonomy to shape the practice from the ground up, with the flexibility to develop the program around their professional interests and vision. With a strong multispecialty referral base and substantial community need, there is an excellent opportunity to establish a thriving practice while helping define the future of dermatology within the health system.
- Lucrative salary: $875K + RVUs
