An established, physician-owned dermatology practice in Middletown, Ohio is seeking a Locum Dermatologist to provide ongoing coverage with the option to transition into a permanent, partnership-track position for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to experience the practice, patient population, and community before making a long-term commitment.
The practice is experiencing continued growth while the owner physician gradually reduces clinical volume, creating an opportunity for a dermatologist seeking either a long-term locums assignment or a pathway to permanent employment.

Job Responsibilities
Case Mix
• Approximately 80% Medical Dermatology
• 10% Cosmetics
• 10% Procedures/Mohs-related services
Common Procedures
• Skin examinations
• Medical dermatology
• Biopsies
• Excisions
• Biologic management
• Skin cancer treatment
• Cosmetic injections (optional based on provider preference)
Current Services
• Botox and fillers
• Pulsed dye laser
• Mohs surgery
• Biologic management
EMR
• Nextech
Working Hours
• Flexible schedule
• 3–5 clinic days per week
• 30–40 hours weekly preferred
• Typical patient volume: 40+ patients per day
• No routine evenings
• No routine weekends
• Minimal call responsibilities
