Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dermatologic care including:
Preventive skin examinations
Medical dermatology evaluations and treatments
Cosmetic dermatology consultations and procedures
Minor surgical dermatologic procedures
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs.
Deliver evidence-based care while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.
Perform cosmetic procedures and aesthetic treatments as appropriate.
Patient Experience
Deliver a concierge-level patient experience focused on trust, comfort, and satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships with a discerning patient population.
Educate patients regarding treatment options and expected outcomes.
Provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with clinical providers, aesthetic specialists, and administrative staff.
Support a positive and professional practice culture.

Qualifications
Board Certification in Dermatology.
Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain California licensure.
Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient-care skills.
Commitment to delivering personalized, high-quality dermatologic care.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in private practice, concierge medicine, or similar patient-focused dermatology setting.
Experience with cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic procedures.
Experience with private-pay patient models.
Strong communication skills and a warm, professional bedside manner.
Ability to thrive in an autonomous, entrepreneurial practice environment.
