| Client is seeking an experienced and visionary Dermatologist – Department Lead to establish and lead our new Dermatology Department in the Metro Atlanta area. This is a unique opportunity for a physician leader to build a department from the ground up while providing comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology services in a high-end, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Establish and lead the new Dermatology Department. Provide comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology services. Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions. Perform skin cancer screenings, evaluations, and biopsies. Deliver cosmetic dermatology treatments in a premium aesthetic environment. Develop department workflows, clinical protocols, and operational processes. Recruit, train, and mentor dermatology team members. Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient care. Collaborate with organizational leadership to support department growth and expansion. Required Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Residency training in Dermatology. Board Certified in Dermatology (Board Eligible candidates currently completing residency will be considered). Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain licensure. Authorized to work in the United States. Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence. |
