Seeking a BC/BE General Dermatologist to join a thriving, high-demand practice in Tallahassee, Florida. Enjoy a flexible 4-4.5 day workweek with no weekends or call while earning a competitive salary of $350K-$450K plus productivity incentives, APP supervision bonus, and retail revenue opportunities. Compensation: $350,000-$450,000 base salary plus productivity bonus (40% of collections after threshold), APP supervision bonus, and 5% retail product revenue.. Location: Live in Tallahassee with no state income tax, affordable housing, top-rated schools, Florida State University, and Gulf Coast beaches just over an hour away.. Practice: Established patient demand with 40-50 patients/day, live scribe support from 2-3 MAs, onsite leadership, Mohs surgeon, and NP already in place..
