Position Overview

• Join a physician-owned and operated dermatology group with a strong presence across the Southeast
• Practice in a growing, underserved market with immediate patient demand and strong referral base
• Opportunity to build a busy practice quickly with support across medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology

• Established, physician-led organization (founded 2014)
• 20+ providers across AL, FL, GA, and MS
• Full-spectrum dermatology services:
  • Medical dermatology
  • Surgical dermatology
  • Cosmetic dermatology
• In-house dermatopathology lab for fast turnaround and continuity of care
• Access to fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons within the group
• Advanced technology including IG-SRT and aesthetic platforms
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible 4–4.5 day workweek supporting strong work-life balance
• High patient demand with 40–50 patients per day
• Strong clinical support model:
  • Dedicated scribe and medical assistants
  • APP support to help maximize efficiency
  • Multiple fully equipped exam rooms
• Onsite leadership and operational support to streamline workflow

Clinical Capabilities

• Comprehensive dermatology services including:
  • General and complex medical dermatology
  • Surgical procedures and skin cancer treatment
  • Cosmetic dermatology (lasers, injectables, aesthetics)
• Onsite laser and cosmetic services
• Physician-supervised medical spa offerings
• Integrated in-house dermatopathology

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary: $350,000 – $450,000
• Production bonus: Collections-based model with strong upside
  • APP Supervision Bonus
• Sign-on Bonus

• Resident stipend / early contract incentives available
