Position Overview

Practice Highlights

• Established, physician-owned & operated dermatology group
• 20+ providers across the Southeast (AL, FL, GA, MS)
  • You'll Join 1 Mohs Surgeon, 3 MAs, and a NP
• Comprehensive dermatology services including:
  • Medical
  • Surgical
  • Cosmetic dermatology
• In-house dermatopathology lab for streamlined care
• Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons available within the group
• Advanced technology including IG-SRT and aesthetic platforms
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible 4–4.5 day workweek promoting strong work-life balance
• Average 40–50 patients per day
• Robust clinical support:
  • 2-3 MA's (live scribe) 1 APP supporting patient flow
  • Multiple fully equipped exam rooms
• Strong onsite leadership and administrative infrastructure

  • General medical dermatology
  • Surgical procedures
  • Cosmetic dermatology
• Onsite laser & aesthetic services
• Physician-supervised medical spa offerings
• In-house pathology for efficient diagnosis and treatment planning

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary: $350,000 + DOE
• Production bonus: Productivity bonus (40% of collections after threshold)
• Sign-on Bonus

Candidate Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist
