Pariser Dermatology Specialists is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Dermatologist to join its thriving Williamsburg, Virginia office. Established in 1946, Pariser Dermatology is a physician-owned, physician-led practice with eight locations throughout Hampton Roads. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume due to the departure of a long-tenured physician, allowing the incoming dermatologist to step into an established patient panel with strong earning potential from day one.
The practice provides a collaborative environment with exceptional clinical support, flexible scheduling, and a clear pathway to partnership in approximately 2.5 years. New graduates, experienced physicians, and visa candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions
Perform office-based dermatologic procedures as appropriate
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of dermatologists, advanced practice providers, aestheticians, and support staff
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Participate in practice growth and patient care initiatives
Optional opportunities to engage in cosmetic dermatology, surgical dermatology, clinical research, and collaboration with in-house dermatopathology services
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology
Completion of an accredited Dermatology Residency Program
Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
New graduates and experienced dermatologists welcome
Visa candidates encouraged to apply
Working Hours
Choice of 4-day or 5-day workweek
No requirement to supervise Advanced Practice Providers
Supportive staffing model with 3–4 dedicated Medical Assistants per physician
