An independent health system in eastern, IL is seeking a BE/BC Dermatologist to build and lead a brand-new dermatology service line. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to shape your own practice with full organizational backing, including the addition of APP support as volume grows. Hospital Employee . Relocation Bonus available up to $20,000. CME time and $6,000 available. Retirement plan provided. $600,000 base + RVU production. $75,00 sign on bonus. $100,000 retention bonus. High demand, no internal competition. Strong preference for MOHs - starting a service line from the ground up. Centrally located with easy access to Champaign-Urbana, St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Chicago.
