With various established locations across Phoenix, Surprise, and Buckeye, we are opening our newest, state-of-the-art facility. Our comprehensive service lines include General/Medical Dermatology, Mohs Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Aesthetics.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a team-oriented Dermatologist to take the lead role in our new Verrado office. This position offers:
- Ground Floor Opportunity: Be instrumental in launching and shaping the culture of a new facility within the region's leading group.
- Clinical Flexibility: The clinical role can be tailored to the successful candidate’s specific desires and expertise.
- Comprehensive Services: Work within a full-service practice environment that supports integrated care across dermatology, Mohs, plastics, and aesthetics.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent:
- Base Salary: $400,000 - $500,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus Structure: 50% collections
- Work Schedule: Flexible 4 or 5-day work week options
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (details available upon inquiry)
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Possess or be eligible for an unrestricted Arizona medical license
- Strong leadership capabilities and a desire to help build a new practice location
- A team player attitude, committed to providing the highest standard of patient care
- Ability to work hard and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
