Dermatologist opportunity in San Francisco, CA
Northern California | San Francisco – East Bay – Napa Valley – Sacramento
$300,000+ Base Salary | No Inpatient | No MOHS Surgery
A highly respected, physician-owned dermatology group is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologists to join its growing outpatient practice. Established for over 40 years, this organization includes 50+ providers and multiple thriving offices across San Francisco, the East Bay, Napa Valley, and the Sacramento region.
Position Highlights:
- 100% Outpatient Dermatology
- No MOHS surgery required
- General dermatology focus (medical ± cosmetic depending on interest)
- Excellent support staff and efficient clinic operations
- Immediate patient volume—busy from day one
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $300,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Lucrative production bonus structure

Qualifications:
