Job description

Seeking BE/BC Dermatologist to join talented team in a full or part-time capacity. The practice offers a wide range of services and dermatologic care to patients, and the new physician will have the opportunity to practice with an open scope that includes: general, medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

Physician Benefits:

  • Competitive starting guarantee
  • Generous signing bonus
  • Uncapped productivity bonus, paid quarterly
  • Shareholder opportunity
  • Relocation assistance available
  • CME reimbursement
  • Generous benefits, time-off & retirement

Our group practice gathers for bi-annual retreats to meet with colleagues, share ideas, identify innovations, initiate practice policies and develop strategies for practice improvement and growth. Every two years, physicians vote for nominated candidates to serve on the physician board. In addition, there are many opportunities for physicians not serving in leadership to chair key strategic and practice improvement initiatives.

The Community

This opportunity is located in a vibrant, centrally positioned Wisconsin community that blends the energy of a university town with the comfort and affordability of a smaller city. The presence of a major university brings cultural events, continuing education opportunities, Division III athletics, and a steady influx of new ideas, creating an engaging environment for professionals and families alike.

The area is especially attractive to those who value an active lifestyle. A nationally recognized 27-mile greenway trail winds through forests, wetlands, and along scenic riverfront, offering year-round options for walking, biking, running, and cross-country skiing. Nearby lakes and public lands provide easy access to boating, fishing, kayaking, and camping.

Housing costs remain well below national averages, with a wide range of options from historic homes to newer developments, making it possible to enjoy a high quality of life without the financial pressure of larger metro areas. The community is known for its strong public schools, safe neighborhoods, and family-friendly atmosphere.
