📍 Locations: Fort Myers & Naples (with additional growth planned throughout Florida, including Orlando)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist to join our physician-owned practice as we expand into Florida. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to practice in a supportive, physician-led environment with autonomy, strong earning potential, and the ability to help shape our Florida presence.

Competitive base salary $375,000 – $420,000 DOE

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Conduct patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform office-based dermatologic procedures with an emphasis on quality and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with physician leadership and clinical support teams to ensure exceptional patient care.
Maintain compliance with all practice policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
Contribute to practice growth and community presence in Florida.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Dermatology residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
Open to experienced dermatologists or 2025 residents/fellows.
Strong interest in both medical and cosmetic dermatology; surgical dermatology experience a plus.
Ability to practice autonomously with a patient-centered approach.
