A growing hospital-based healthcare system south of Champaign, Illinois is seeking a BC/BE MOHS Surgeon / Dermatologist to establish and lead a new dermatology service line in a community-focused practice setting.
Position Highlights:
- Opportunity to launch and develop a new dermatology service line from the ground up
- Designed for an experienced dermatologist seeking leadership, autonomy, and program-building responsibility (not targeted toward new graduates)
- Ability to define clinical workflows, referral patterns, and overall service line structure
- Broad medical dermatology practice with potential to expand procedural and cosmetic services based on interest and demand
- Strong built-in referral base from primary care and specialty providers within the system
- Collaborative relationships with general surgery, oncology, and primary care teams
- Significant clinical independence with strong administrative and operational support
- Opportunity to build a long-term dermatology presence in a high-demand regional market
