The Toledo Clinic Facial Plastics and Dermatology practice of David Kouba, M.D. is offering a premier opportunity for a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon to join our growing Michigan-based team.

This role is tailored for a surgeon seeking a high-volume Mohs practice with exceptional flexibility and earning potential.

• Established internal and external referral network ensures a steady caseload from day one

• Flexible schedule 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday (no weekends)
• Uninterrupted holiday time – Office closed one week over Thanksgiving and one week over Christmas
• Mohs fellow covers call
• Experienced, long-tenured clinical team ensures seamless patient care and continuity
• Co-faculty role available with Dr. Kouba’s Mohs Fellowship program

Qualified Candidates:

• MD/DO - Board Certified in Dermatology
• Fellowship-trained in Mohs surgery (ACMS or ACGME recognized)
• Minimum of 3 years post-fellowship Mohs experience
• Proven surgical expertise, including complex cases
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the State of Michigan
