7 Days On / 7 Days Off | Hospital Employed | Mobile, Alabama

Join a highly specialized critical care team in an established cardiovascular program serving a large regional population. This nocturnal CVICU position offers an attractive 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to care for complex, high-acuity patients in a sophisticated critical care environment.

Position Offers

• Very competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package

• 45 critical care beds across four ICU pods
• Coverage across Critical Care, Medical-Surgical ICU, and ECMO services
• Overnight management of complex, high-acuity cardiovascular and surgical patients
• Care for postoperative cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients
• Management of patients requiring ECMO and other advanced mechanical circulatory or respiratory support
• Diverse clinical mix including patients following:
  • CABG
  • Valve surgery
  • Aortic surgery
  • Major thoracic procedures
• Management of critically ill patients with cardiogenic shock, severe respiratory failure, and multiorgan dysfunction
• Close collaboration with a multidisciplinary critical care team
