Start Date: ASAP (as soon as credentialed)
Contract Length: Through September 2026 (potential to extend)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
- Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (limited coverage)
Coverage Needed: Approximately 10–15 shifts per month
Coverage Dates
- July 21–22 (Days)
- July 28–31 (Days)
- August 8–9 (Days)
- August 20–21 (Nights)
- August 22–23 (Days)
- Additional day coverage available through August 31
Clinical Details
- Setting: High-acuity tertiary referral center
- Patient Population: Adult ICU patients
- Coverage: Co-management of cardiac patients in the CVICU and full management of Medical ICU patients (medical, surgical, and critical care)
- Patient Volume: 24 patients per ICU unit
- Support Staff:
- Days: 1 Physician, 1 APP, and 4–6 senior residents (MICU); 1 Physician, 1 APP, and 1–2 senior residents (CVICU)
- Nights: 1 Physician and 1 APP covering both ICUs
Requirements
- Board Certified required
- Active Florida medical license required
- Active DEA (or easily transferable DEA) required
- Previous ICC experience preferred for expedited credentialing
