Opportunity Highlights:

- 100% inpatient role with no outpatient clinic responsibilities.
- 7-on / 7-off block schedule providing predictable time off.

Compensation Package:
- $480,000 base salary
- $70,000 annual quality bonus
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Additional shifts available at $2,857 per shift
- Full benefits including health, dental, vision, malpractice with tail
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care (Pulm/CC a plus)
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Interest in team-based inpatient critical care
