An established health system in a growing Texas regional metro is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Critical Care Medicine Physician to join its hospital-employed ICU team as a dedicated nocturnist.
This is a 100% inpatient, non-surgical Critical Care opportunity offering a defined 12-hour shift schedule, no call, strong physician and resident support, and $617,000+ in annual compensation.
Position Highlights

- 7 PM–7 AM shifts
- 182 shifts annually

- No outpatient clinic responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
- $2,884.62 per shift
- $509.05 night differential per shift
- $617,642+ annual compensation based on 182 shifts
- $40,000 Sign-On Bonus
