🔍 Locum Critical Care Physicians Needed
📍 Multi-Hospital System | California
We’re seeking Locum CC Physicians for April coverage across a 4-hospital system with a mix of in-person ICU care + Tele-ICU.
Coverage Highlights
🕖 Nights (2 providers)
• Hospital A
• 12-hr shifts (7p–7a)
• Includes Tele-ICU for Hospital B
☀️ Days (4 providers)
• Hospital A: 10-hr day shifts + Tele-ICU
• Hospitals C & D:
– 8 hrs in-person (shared)
– 16 hrs Tele-ICU
– Some travel between sites
ICU Snapshot
🏥 Open ICUs | No trauma
• Hospital A: 30 beds (~13 pts/day + Tele-ICU calls)
• Hospital B: 4 beds (100% Tele-ICU)
• Hospital C: 10 beds (~3 pts/day)
• Hospital D: 10 beds (~4 pts/day)
🌙 Nights at Hospital A:
• 2–3 admits on average
• Busy nights up to 5–6 (incl. upgrades)
