This facility is a respected medical center providing comprehensive healthcare services to the Festus community and surrounding areas. The hospital features a 12-bed department with modern equipment and a collaborative care team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Internal Medicine - Critical Care Medicine
Job Details:
• Inpatient shifts only, 7a-7p schedule, 7-14 days per month
• Manage up to 12 patient encounters per shift
• Perform ventilation management including invasive (ETT/NT/Tracheostomy) and non-invasive (BiPAP/CPAP) methods
• Insert chest tubes as required
• Conduct bronchoscopy procedures including bronchial alveolar lavage (BAL)
• Evaluate and manage acute volume/BP issues
• Insert central lines and arterial lines
• Place dialysis catheters
• Perform diagnostic/therapeutic procedures including lumbar punctures, paracentesis, and thoracentesis
• Must have active Missouri medical license (IMLC not accepted)
• Board certification required with ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 60-90 days
• Fellowship training required
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
