General Cardiologist Opportunity - Bennington, VT
Full-Time | Permanent | Outpatient & Non-Invasive Cardiology
Salary: $575,000 - $625,000 / year
Position Details
* Non-Invasive, General Cardiologist opening joining a well-established, collaborative, and growing cardiology practice in Bennington, Vermont
* Predominantly outpatient clinical responsibilities with an excellent, manageable call schedule
* Practice alongside a collegial team of cardiologists and Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to teamwork and optimal patient outcomes
* Affiliated with a top regional academic health network with access to extensive specialist support
* Comprehensive financial package featuring a competitive base salary ($575K-$625K) with additional production incentives
* Non-profit 501(c)(3) employer status qualifying for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Position Responsibilities
* Provide a full spectrum of non-invasive clinical cardiology services in an outpatient setting
* Oversee and perform diagnostic cardiac testing, evaluations, and pacemaker services
* Manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions across a diverse patient demographic
* Participate in shared call coverage supported by inpatient and emergency hospital teams
* Collaborate with primary care providers, advanced practice providers, and subspecialists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Candidate Qualifications
* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
* Board Certified or Board Eligible by an ABMS medical board (with certification obtained within 5 years)
* Active, unrestricted Vermont state medical license (or eligible to obtain)
* Eligible for active hospital medical staff privileges
* Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary Range: $575,000 - $625,000 annually
* Incentive compensation available in addition to base salary
