We are recruiting a General Cardiologist to join an established, independent, physician-owned practice in South Florida. Compensation & Benefits

• $400,000–$425,000 guaranteed base salary, depending on qualifications.
• Uncapped productivity compensation based on actual professional collections, not RVUs.
• 401(k) with up to 5% employer match.
• 20 days PTO plus 11 paid holidays.
• 5 additional CME days plus $3,000 annual CME allowance.

• Established referral network with patients available from day one.
• Comprehensive in-office diagnostic capabilities and excellent clinical and administrative support.
• Hospital consultations only—no admitting or discharging responsibilities.
• Approximately 1:4 weekend call, with APP first response and support.
• Typical hospital census of just 5–12 patients.
• Initial office volume of approximately 10–12 patients daily, building toward 25–30 as the practice grows.
• Independent, physician-owned environment offering meaningful professional autonomy.
