Job description
Aya Healthcare is seeking a full-time General Cardiologist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, PA.
• 150-bed community hospital using Epic; clinic with 1 full-time physician and cath lab 3 days per week
• Approximately 17-18 patients per day; APP support when working with interventional cardiology
• Nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions, and echo monitors
• Nights and weekend call coverage with minimal callback (rounding on weekends)
• Must be nuclear and echo boarded; CT boarded a plus
• 150-bed community hospital using Epic; clinic with 1 full-time physician and cath lab 3 days per week

Job Responsibilities
• Perform nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions, and echo monitors
• Take 1-2 weekday nights of call per week and weekend call approximately 1 in 4-5
• Round on hospitalized patients on weekends
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand (willing to license); DEA required
• Epic experience helpful
