Aya Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE General Cardiologist for Locum Tenens coverage at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, PA. Start date: 12/28/2026 (coverage 12/28-1/4), with an ongoing full-time need.
- WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital: 150-bed acute care hospital
- Clinic with 1 full-time physician; cath/echo lab 3 days per week
- APP support when covering interventional
- Epic EMR
- Temporary privileges available for clean files
Job Responsibilities
• Perform nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions and echo monitors; CT reads preferred
• Work in the lab approximately 3 days per week with APP support when covering interventional
• Take 1-2 nights of call per week and weekend call about 1:4-5 (average callback is minimal)
Qualifications
• Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand (willing to license)
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Epic experience
