Job description
Locum tenens opportunity for a General Cardiologist at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, PA. Ongoing full-time coverage.
- 150-bed acute care hospital with clinic and cath/echo lab
- Clinic has 1 full-time physician; in lab 3 days per week
- Adult patient population; 17-18 patients per day
- APP support available with Interventional coverage
- Epic EMR
Job Responsibilities
• Perform nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions and echo monitors; CT reads a plus
• Take 1-2 weeknights of call per week and 1:4-5 weekend call (24-hour weekend call; minimal callback, rounding required)
• Work with APP support from the Interventional team
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience; Epic EMR
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC LOQ in hand
• DEA required
