Physician - Cardiology

Job Details:

• General Cardiology position covering procedures and call
  
• Coverage needed: 1 week plus 1 weekend per month
  
• APP support available with Interventional if covering General Cardiology
  
• Approximately 17-18 patients per day
  
• Adult patient population
  
• Clinic includes 1 full-time physician with in-lab coverage 3 days per week
  
• EMR: EPIC
  
• Hospital bed size: 150 beds
  
• Special procedures include nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions, and echo monitors
  
• CT reads skill preferred
  
• Practice settings include both clinic and hospital
  
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiology required
  
• Active PA license or IMLC accepted
  
• DEA required
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience required

This community hospital operates with 150 beds and offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, including a cardiology clinic and diagnostic lab. The facility supports a collaborative care environment with both physician and APP staff working together to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care. The cardiology department is well-equipped to handle a broad scope of general and interventional cardiology services for adult patients.
