Aya Healthcare is seeking a General Cardiologist for short-term locum tenens coverage at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, PA, covering clinic, procedures and call.
• 150-bed hospital; outpatient clinic with one full-time cardiologist and in-lab procedures 3 days per week
• Approximately 17-18 patients per day; adult patient population
• Nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions and echo; APP support available with interventional
• Coverage dates: Dec 28 (7A) through Jan 4 (7A)
• Epic EMR; weekday call 1-2 nights per week and 1 in 4-5 weekend call (callback typically minimal)

Job Responsibilities
• Perform nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions and echo
• Work in the cath/procedure lab approximately 3 days per week
• Take weekday call and 24-hour weekend call, including hospital rounding
Qualifications
• CT boarded preferred (not required)
• 1 year of experience minimum
• Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand required (willing to license)
• DEA required
