Aya Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified General Cardiologist for a 6-9 month locum tenens assignment with Rochester Regional Health in northern New York, floating between Massena Hospital and Canton-Potsdam Hospital in Potsdam, NY.
• Solo practice setting; outpatient clinic approximately 3 days per week at Massena Hospital
• Supervision of stress tests approximately 1 day per week; inpatient consults and stress lab
• Hospital consult service rotation at Canton-Potsdam Hospital (ad hoc)
• Preference for 4 weeks per month, open to a minimum of 2 weeks per month or two alternating locums
• Epic EMR; as-needed call 4P-8A

Job Responsibilities
• Supervise stress tests approximately 1 day per week
• Complete inpatient consults and cover the stress lab
• Read the nuclear portion of stress tests as needed (preferred)
• Take as-needed call 4P-8A and rotate on the hospital consult service
Qualifications
• No malpractice claims
• 5+ years of experience preferred
• New York license in hand required
• Epic experience required; AHA or RQI certifications
