Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), or MBBS degree
- Board eligible or board certified in Cardiology (Non-Invasive)
- Active or eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
- At least 1 year of experience in Cardiology preferred; experience with echocardiography, stress testing, and EKG interpretation is highly desirable
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills for patient-centered cardiovascular care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive non-invasive cardiology care to adult patients as a practicing cardiologist
- Interpret diagnostic tests including transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress tests, and EKG/ECG
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with primary care and specialty teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols, and continuing medical education
- Educate patients and families on cardiovascular health, risk factor modification, and preventive care
