Cardiac Imaging/Non-Invasive Cardiologist – Huntington, WV
- Full-time, permanent position
Position Overview
* Full-time academic Cardiology opportunity specializing in advanced cardiac imaging
* Faculty appointment available at the Assistant or Associate Professor level
* Non-tenured clinical track or tenure-track educator pathway available for qualified candidates
* Lead the development and establishment of a Cardiac MRI program
* Primarily based at one clinical site with rotations across 2 hospitals and 1 clinic location
* Weekend rounding and EKG, MPI, and echocardiography reading coverage approximately 1:6
Qualifications
* MD, DO, or equivalent
* Completion of an accredited Cardiology fellowship
* Advanced training in Cardiac CT/MRI
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
* Cardiac MRI Level 2 or Level 3 with board certification/eligibility and plan to become certified
* Cardiac CT Level 2 or Level 3
* Echocardiography Level 2 or Level 3
* Full and unrestricted West Virginia medical license required
