Seeking BC/BE Cardiologist
Overview:
* Lead an established and growing Cardiology service line while maintaining an active clinical practice
* Position consists of 0.8 clinical FTE and 0.2 administrative FTE
* Provide direct clinical Cardiology care while overseeing departmental strategy, quality and provider development
* Lead cardiovascular quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based clinical practices
* Develop and implement clinical protocols, cardiac care pathways and departmental workflows
* Conduct provider performance reviews and support professional development across the Cardiology team
* Collaborate with senior medical leadership to improve patient experience, clinical outcomes and operational performance
* Participate in the regional Medical Group Leadership Council
* Opportunity to help develop medical education programs for GME candidates, medical students and APPs
* Large Primary Care referral base and growing Cardiovascular Surgery program
