Locums-to-Perm | General Cardiology | Warsaw, IN (IN license or IMLC)

No call
Two openings
Weekday outpatient clinic
30–45-day credentialing
Assignment Details
October 1, 2026 start; ongoing assignment
Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:30p
Five-day weekly commitment
No call
Approximately 15–19 patients per shift
Initial coverage is 100% outpatient
Inpatient rounding and stress-test coverage may be added later
No APP support
Cerner
30–45-day credentialing
Clinical Details
Required: general outpatient cardiology
Required: non-invasive cardiology, echocardiography, TEE, and nuclear cardiology
Inpatient cardiology may be needed later
ICU experience preferred
No interventional cardiology, diagnostic catheterization, electrophysiology, device placement, or STEMI coverage required
Requirements
Board certification required
License: active IN license or IMLC
ACLS and BLS required
Active DEA
