Overview
Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic heart failure across the continuum of disease
Focus on early identification, intervention, and disease prevention strategies to reduce heart failure progression and hospitalizations
Utilize advanced multimodality cardiovascular imaging to support diagnosis, risk stratification, and management decisions
Partner with established advanced heart failure centers to facilitate seamless referral for patients requiring LVAD, transplant evaluation, or other advanced therapies
The practice is equipped with comprehensive cardiovascular imaging capabilities, including advanced echocardiography, cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, nuclear cardiology, and PET
Help the growth of the existing regional Heart Failure program
