Cardiology Physician – Greensboro, NC (Night Shift, 12/2026 Start)

- Duration: Approximately 69 weeks
- Shift: Night, 8 PM – 6 AM (10 hours), plus weekend shifts as needed
- Hours per week: 40+ hours
- Employment Type: Contract
- Licensure: NC Medical License required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
- Experience: 1-2 years in cardiology or related specialty
- Hourly Pay Rate: $232.44

- Provide consults and evaluation services for adult patients upon request
- Interpret Echo and nuclear studies within the hospital setting
- Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver optimal patient care in accordance with cardiology standards
- Keep accurate logs of all charges and procedures
- Serve as a key member of the Cardiology department on scheduled shifts
- Support patients admitted under Cone Health Heartcare
Required:
- Board Certification in Cardiology
- NC state medical license
- DEA certification
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience
Preferred:
- Experience with hospital-based cardiology services
- Comfort with hospital EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
