Job description
Position Details:
· Join group of 12 cardiologists and 6 Nurse practitioners
· Excellent support from Vascular and Cardiothoracic Surgery teams
· Convenient office location central to cath labs and inpatient hospital
· EKG machines in all offices
· Call Schedule – split equal, rotating basis
· This job is a combination Outpatient, Inpatient and Call.
· Rotation between main office and satellite offices to see outpatient practice and inpatient rounding.
· TAVR
· High risk PCI with Impella or IABP
· Watchman
· Full spectrum of diagnostic studies

Income Guarantee: $700,000
Compensation per Work RVU: $65.00
Call Coverage Compensation: $500 per shift
Sign on Bonus : $30,000 (amortized over 3 years)
Not eligible for VBI or APP supervision compensation
Qualifications
· Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Cardiology
· Experience Requirements: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians
· Licensure: Indiana Medical License
· Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
Visa Status
Facility is ok with any Visa status like J1 or H1
