Coverage: Scheduled + On-Call as needed
EMR: Epic
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic + Inpatient Consults
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- 2–3 weeks/month
- On-call: 4:00 PM–8:00 AM, as needed
Responsibilities:
- Outpatient cardiology clinic: approximately 3 days/week
- Supervise stress testing: approximately 1 day/week
- Inpatient consults and stress lab coverage
- Read nuclear portion of stress tests preferred, not required
- Hospital consult service as needed
- May float between Massena and Potsdam locations for consult coverage
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Cardiology
- NY license in hand
- Epic experience required
- AHA or RQI certification
- Preferred: Board certification/experience reading cardiac imaging, including nuclear stress tests
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience
