Date: 11/2/2026 - 26 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p
Coverage Need: Approximately 2-3 weeks per month
Call: 24-hour call required
- Minimal overnight call volume
- When on call, clinic is reduced on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons
- Must be able to arrive within 30 minutes when on call
Practice Setting: General Cardiology (Inpatient & Outpatient)
Patient Volume: 22-24 patients per day
Licensing: Active West Virginia license required (IMLC accepted); DEA and CSR required
Credentialing: Standard hospital credentialing; 16-hour orientation
