Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- General Cardiology: 1 week per month
- Call: Anticipate 2 weeknight calls during a one-week stretch and potentially 24-hour weekend call, as needed
- Scheduled + On Call required
- No block schedule
Work Details:
- 247 beds
- Adult patient population
- Average patients per day: 8–10
- Rounding & admissions
- General Cardiology is hospital only and requires hospital privileges
- APC support Monday–Saturday, at times
Procedures:
- Cardioversions
- TEE’s – approximately 2–4 per shift
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Cardiology
- WA licensed, IMLC accepted. Willing to license depending on the start
- ACLS, BLS required
- Epic charting experience required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs): The applicant must provide documentation of cardiovascular disease services representative of the scope and complexity of the requested privileges during the previous 24 months.
- COVID-19 vaccine required – no exemptions
Other Details:
- Standard credentialing process: 90 days from application being sent
- Fast Track & Expedited Credentialing may be available in some instances
