### Locums | General Cardiology | Petoskey, MI (active MI license required) ### Why This Role

  • Extended Sunday-through-Saturday coverage blocks
  • Inpatient cardiology with 24-hour call
  • No outpatient clinic responsibilities
  • Three inpatient APPs provide clinical support
  • Cerner EMR ###
Assignment Details Schedule: Sunday–Saturday coverage blocks Hours: 6am–6am Coverage: Inpatient services plus 24-hour call Weekend coverage required No outpatient clinic Setting: Hospital-based EMR: Cerner Local or drive-in providers only; flights are not permitted ### Requirements Board-certified Cardiologist Active Michigan medical license Active DEA Must reside in Michigan or within driving distance Clean malpractice, licensing, and professional history with no exceptions Self-query NPDB report dated within 30 days required at presentation Must provide availability during initial review Must complete facility employee-health requirements, including: - Influenza and COVID-19 documentation - TB testing and questionnaire - Hepatitis B documentation or declination - MMR and varicella immunization records or titers - Current Tdap vaccination ### Clinical Details Inpatient general cardiology coverage Echocardiography Treadmill stress testing Chemical stress testing Interpretation of echocardiograms and stress studies Supported by three inpatient Advanced Practice Providers
