No Outpatient Clinic Responsibilities
No Cath Lab Coverage
Cardiac Emergencies and Procedures Requiring Cath Lab Services Are Transferred to Another Hospital

Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Cardiology - Required
Nebraska Medical License - Highly Preferred
ACLS - Required
BLS - Required
DEA Registration - Required
Clean Malpractice History - Highly Preferred
Availability Must Be Provided at Time of Name Clearance
Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60-90 Days
No Credentialing With Additional Facilities Required

Any Anticipated Travel Exceptions Must Be Disclosed at Time of Presentation
