Physician - Cardiology
Job Details:
- Seeking a Board Certified General Cardiologist for weekend and extended locum tenens assignment providing comprehensive cardiac care
- Coverage runs Sunday through Saturday, including both hospital and clinic call responsibilities
- Inpatient and call coverage from 6:00 AM to 6:00 AM with no clinic duties
- Inpatient team is supported by three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who work alongside and assist the inpatient cardiology provider
- Facility utilizes Cerner as its Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Required procedures and skills include echocardiography, treadmill stress tests, and chemical stress tests
- Must have the ability to interpret echocardiography, treadmill stress test, and chemical stress test diagnostic studies
- Board Certification in Cardiology required
- Active Michigan medical license required
- Must reside in Michigan or near Michigan; drive-in only, no flights
