A unique outpatient Cardiology locum tenens opportunity is available in a scenic Alaska community. This position offers a predictable part-time schedule with no call, rounding, or hospital admissions.
The physician will provide outpatient cardiovascular care to adult and geriatric patients while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary medical team.
Opportunity Highlights
- Outpatient Cardiology
- 4–5 days per month
- Monday–Friday
- 8 AM–5 PM
- Approximately 14–16 patients/day
- EPIC EMR
- Adult & geriatric patient population
- Solo Cardiology coverage
- Multidisciplinary clinical support
Requirements
- Active Alaska medical license
- BLS certification
- EPIC EMR proficiency
- AHA or Red Cross certification
- Recent cardiovascular clinical experience/documentation within the previous 24 months
- Recent training may satisfy the clinical activity requirement
